Itemised Billing
On the 11th January 2016 I was a bank card ***** victim. My bank - Std bank - (whom I should also complain) asked me for a itemised billing as I use prepaid. Patricia John from MTN sent me the documents to fill in for my itemised bill, but failed to explain what else I should do next. I filled in the docs and send them to her, since then I haven't heard a word, she doesn't respond to my emails and now I feel helpless and I won't get the R2000 back from the bank which was ****** from me.
