Item (tablet) sold off to the public without my knowlegde or consent

long stroy short an agent from Mtn boulders (Thabang Mshololo) took in my tablet for minor repairs infact nothing was really wrong with the samsung tablet ecxept that i had accidentally inserted the incorrcet sim card into it and couldnt remove it. so agent thabang took the tablet in promised to take it to the repair center for assistance however he didnt give me any invoices or receiepts to confirm the item has been taken in or the terms and condidtions that go with items at the repair center.

october 2015 i got hold of the Thabang Mshololo who referred me to folowing agents whic i only communicated with via email (Phindokuhle Mkowe, Mpho Mogatusi whom i assusme are at the repair center on richards drive in halfway house and from head office a kevin steenveld and itumeleng net****angani)

from the service repair center, after i emailed the agents asking when i could collect my tabelt as its been with them sisnce last year Mpho Mogatsu rep**** by sasying "sorry it have unfortunately been sold to recover the costs involved" please bare in mind this is a tablet over R5000 and the repair costs this gentlement is refering too are R350. Quick question while i am at whwre is the remainder of the money from my tablet that they sold with out my consent?

Mpho mogatsu kept referrimg to terms and conditions which i never got from Thabang Mshololo when he took my tablet in for repairs and after making him aware of this fact he never responded to my emails ever again or called to try assist (not sure if your agents know and understand what customer service is) notheless i decided to escalate the matter to head office and there i spoke to Kevin Steenveld, he too has failed to give me anyfeedback regarding my "sold " tablet and thats why i am here last resort before i make a personal apprearance to Mtn head Office

the service received from Mtn is horrifying considering h=i have been a customer of theirs since 2010 if my calculations are corrcet, how on earth do you sell a clients gadget with out their knowlegede even worse how do you take in a clients gadget for reparis without making the client sign anything or give them some sort of proof with terms and conditions?

i frankly do not care what happended internally due to incompetyent staff, an error has occured mtn i suggest you take this up internally and sort your staff out, i want my tablet asap as i do not owe mtn money for that tablet and there is no document with my isgnature on it confirming Thanbabg gave me terms and conditions when he took my tablet in for repairs. i work for a mager Servicing company and this is not my idea of giving clients awesome service . never make your problem the clients problem ecspecially if you as the agent are at fault . this is what we call internal staff erros and staff errors are never the customers fault .

this is really peezing me off i want my tablet

kind regards peezed off customer

P. Mankwe
