ITC update in arreas with R1

I have been a client with MTN for the past 12 years , I took out a contract with them in 2018 settled and closed my account, shortly after that got a shock of my life my account was on legal that was however resolved. around June 2020 I received a call for an upgrade as skeptical as I was I took it today again when I checked my ITC 1 month in arrears with R1 this is the worst network by far
