itc update
not updating my ITC on a monthly basis it has been 3 months i ve had a contrat with MTN and each and every single month they debit my account but to my shock they are not updating my credit profile on a mmonthly basis like any other credit provider, this has affected my credit score and that cannot be fixed as my credit report clearly with transunion clearly staes that im on arreas. i wrote the same complain last week and still it has not yet been resolved I am so sick and tired of MTN not updating my transunion profile on a monthly basis and what are you going to with my credit score that has affected me negatively?

We sincere apologized for any inconvenience incurred..
The account is not in legal, the account is current with the balance for R 798.99 .
We have sent the complaint to the legal department to see if they can assist with the update of the credit profile, we are waiting on feedback with the outcome.

21 Nov 2017, 09:21why is imy profile reflecting the last update was only done in Septemebr 2017.
no update instruction sent for October and my profile reflects an amount of R999 and of which this amount was debited from my bank in the month of september.
my big question is why is MTN not sending updates to the 4 major bureaus in SA just like any other credit provider in the country. my score that has been affected by this cannot be fixed damaged is done already and that cannot be fixed since MTN failed to send instruction to the relevent bureaus on amonthly basis
