ITC on pre paid number

MTN Oaksfields branch gives the worst service to their black customers. They spoke to me like I am an idiot. I am using a pre paid MTN number with my own device (which was ******) and I needed them to give me an ITC number in order to claim from my insurance and they said they couldn’t help me.
