ITC Listing without providing information

I have sent numerous emails to you requesting information for the reason why i was handed over to attorneys for an outstanding balance. You cannot give me any information regarding a contract, a statement of account or what i have defaulted on. The attorneys are referring me back to MTN to get the information. You cannot even provide me with a cellphone number of the contract. I would like to see a copy of the signed contract and a statement of account. If you cannot provide this, i am going to refer the matter to the Ombudsman for mediation.
