ITC List a MTN account that hasnt been acvtive in more than 7 years

In January 2018 i received my annual ITC report only to find that MTN is listed as an account on it. I tried phoning the call center but without a contract number you cannot get through to legal or anyone as a matter of fact. I tried doing that in vain more than 7 times. When posting on their facebook page I was told to post my ID and issue on messenger. Since then They have not responded back to me at all. I want this removed. How do you list a debt that is not owing on someones ITC?
