ITC Default Listing Update

My profile is still not updated and a default listing is still on ITC even after the payment of R17 109,00 .I called and the legal department has quoted an exorbitant amount way more than what I owed and what I was listed for on ITC.I called MTN only to find out there was an error on the amounts owed that were sent to the ITC.I have paid my account and the customer center confirmed that my account is up to date. This default listing has adverse results on me as it affects my job requirements. Please update my account on ITC as soon as possible.MTN is refusing to send me a letter to confirm that this account was paid up to date.This is in contravention with the NCR.
