ITC Credit Report not updated

<p>I have a serious problem with MTN, I currently have one account( A ********** ) which I am paying R399 on time on a monthly basis. I have been begging them for months to close my previous account which was settled in 2015(A ********** ) instead of closing that account they have opened another account now my credit profile shows 3 MTN accounts which have last been updated in May. I called Transunion because my scoring is decreasing on a monthly basis simply because these accounts that I am not using are still open. Please I have tried to escalate this matter but still nothing has been done. Please close the two accounts and update my current one. I only have one account(A ********** ). This is extremely urgent it is affecting my scoring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
