*It's not my problem*

I bought a Sony Aqua handset on contract at MTN Wellington. In the contact it states that the phone should be returned within 7 days if faulty. Well, it happened just like that. The auto-rotate stopped working and I returned it, asking for a new handset.

After refusing to give me a phone, I reminded Adrienne what their contract says.

She eventually agreed to replace the faulty handset and lo and behold, the second one had the same problem.

Again I returned it and complained about the auto-rotate not working. MTN Wellington 'tested' it for about 5 minutes and proceed to tell me that there's nothing wrong with it.

I work with it daily and I wouldn't complain if nothing were wrong. However, this time Adrienne point-blank refused to help me. Her words to me were 'Its not my problem, take it to SONY and sort it out with them'

WHERE does it state in the contract that if anything is wrong with a handset, the client should sort it out with the supplier?

Come on MTN Wellington, stop being so darn lazy and do your jobs properly !!!!
