It's impossible to get hold of MTN Legal Department.
<p>We closed an account in 2014 and went onto prepaid. The lady at Clearwater branch showed me on screen that nothing was outstanding.</p> <p>So we went on Thursday 15 JUNE 2017 to open an account on the same number and this was declined. Spent the best part of 1 hour trying to find out why. We were sent from pillar to post and it eventually comes out that we have been handed over to legal. After two hours of trying to get to the legal department NO BODY KNOWS WHO WE SHOULD CONTACT !!!!! Still on hold please get hold of me MTN.....</p> <p> </p>
