It is not MTNs's problem

<p>No phone for 1 month becasue you got a faulty device from the MTN SP.</p> <p>If you want to cancel, MTN SP still charges more than R1000 (plus other fees) to cancel the contract, even when they provided you with a product/service that is known to have a problem.</p>
