It has never been easier to get yourself into debt with MTN.

It is amazing to me how easy it is to apply for a contract at MTN but its even easier to find out how utterly impossible it is to get any kind of support from MTN regarding your contract. I have been trying for a month to get in contact with MTN to give my notice to cancel my contract but every time without fail when i reached the cancellation department the call was dropped before i could even reach anyone. Now my contact has expired and i am being charged month to month unable to cancel at all. Pretty sure MTN is just a **** at this point.
