It feels like a blood covenant!

Unfortunately, I am not here to give a good review. I want to share my experience with MTN SA. I requested to cancel my contract since June 2020 and NOBODY is available. They continue to take my details and refer me to the cancelations department who never reaches out to me. I'm so fed up. Applying for the contract was easy but cancelling seems nearly impossible.
