Issuing of damaged/ factory fault iPhone 6plus

In January 2015 I upgraded with iPhone 6plus, later in the week I experienced problem (1) The phone turns itself off with a Black and Blue screen and after a minute it switches itself back on .(2) It has freezing problems when the screen rotates, the screen turns black and it must restarted for it to work again. (3) Suddenly the camera shakes and I have to switch off the phone for 2 minutes and it will be ok.<br> <br> I took the phone back to George MTN and they told me to take it back where I purchased it, then I took it to iPhone store in iLanga Mall and the lady simply said we cannot help, you should take it back to the shop where you got it. MTN Sabie told me that they cannot help me urgently because they don't have a loan phone for me. A year passed trying to get some help. Suddenly decided to take the phone to MTN ABSA square in Nelspruit and they simply said I should claim for damaged phone because it is not under warranty. this is a contract phone and I know that it should be repaired under the 24months warranty. <br> <br> I will pay access for the phone and its not my problem that it has factory fault. why would a phone with factory fault be issued to clients. I want my phone fixed!!
