Issues with Terminating Cellphone contract

Never have I ever been this frustrated with a service provider company before. 😒. I've been struggling with closing my contract after refusing to upgrade. The system or network is always down or there a funds I'm required to pay in oder for the contract to officially close. It definitely something I truly regret. If any assistance can be given , please help a young lady out
