Issues with MTN - ONCE AGAIN

Once again issues with MTN. My son has a data contract which has run for 2 years without any issues. Now that the contract is up for cancellation the drama has started. No one in a branch has been able to assist him just making empty promises. No assistance from the call centre. No response to emails to the customer services desk. He has had to return to exorbitant debit orders at him time and expense. MTN keeps on changing their story. Plse can you look at this matter that has been coming now for about 2 months. Now this morning you decide to suspend my phone and my 2 son's phones which are on a totally separate contracts. Of course it serves no purpose to try and contact you because you just don't get hold of anyone. Just sit an listen to long stories about your 'assistance to Unisa students'. What a waste of time. MTN has caused nothing but problems for me. You never know what they are going to do next to make your life difficult. I suppose I am typing here in vein and will probably never get a response. Very disappointed and definitely will be cancelling all contracts as they come up for renewal. Can not continue accepting this very poor customer service with zero support.
