<p>Every single month I must call mtn to get my lines unsuspenddd... I pay my account on time every month and I don't even know what is going on. Never mind the complaint I made in March already about R40 that was taken from my airtime balance **********ly... Still waiting for a call back to this day... No complaints procedure... U wait 30 minutes to speak to a manager while placed on mute... Then the line gets disconnected... Absolutely ridiculous... ********** 360. At least when u get through to the Cape Town call centre then u get a little bit of help. 5th avenue and all the others cannot speak English even</p>
