ISSUE OF GALAXY S25 ULTRA UPGRADE

Good day, i pre ordered my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra when the pre orders opened on the 24 Jan 25 at the MTN Branch at Bluff Towers, Durban. On Tuesday 4th Feb 25 I received a call from Taylin who works at the Bluff Store who informed me he has started my paperwork for my upgrade and that I must report to the store on Friday 07 Feb 25 the day the phones were due for release. I reported at the store today Friday 07 Feb 25 to uplift my new phone only to be told that as of this morning only once MTN head office in Umhlanga receive the paperwork will they release the phone to the store, and only then can I collect my phone. I am disabled and unable to run around everyday because of your unrealistic rulings. I have been a loyal member of Mtn for over 20 years and this is the treatment you give your loyal customers. Disgusting and I have forwarded this onto Hello Peter so everyone can see how unloyal you are to your customers
