Issue not resolved after Mtn marks the issue as resolved on your website. Nothing has been resolved

Last week I complained on your website about getting 2 faulty handsets in a row. U think when complaining to hello peter Mtn would resolve a problem! Its a joke to them!!! After I receiving a call from a complaints analyst Kabelo, I taught that his reassurance would sort my query out by the next morning! 1 week has passed & Ive been doing all the calling back to him, mtn direct their warehouse & this matter is still not resolved! He says he sent mtn direct an email to contact me & till now they have not. I last spoke to him on Thursday 21 September & he said someone will call me tomorrow (Friday) He himself or no1 bothered to contact me thereafter! It just gets escalated from person to person! It seems like I need to come to Mtn 14th Avenue & speak to the so called "big bosses" to resolve an issue like this! Pathetic service from a huge company like MTN!!!!!!!!
