11 feb i complained about bad coverage in the area i live regarding 2 mtn cell contracts i have.12 feb i got a response from thembi holngwane saying they will take 96 working hrs to contact me. 18 feb i emailed enquiring why noone contacted me. Was told Andre wld contact me asap by Shereen Motale.<br> 23 feb still noone has contacted me. My wife works from home and relies on cell phone to keep in touch with suppliers.<br> Telkom has guarenteed me coverage if i renew my contracts with them which 1 has finished and the other is on the verge on ending<br> REF ***
