Isabel- MTN Carnival mall back service

MTN Carnival mall - today we received service from the most ARROGANT person I have ever met the lady who told me her name is Isabel with a brush cut hairstyle was so unfriendly she had on patients with my mother who is abit older and not use to how things work the service was TERRIBLE and I would really not recommend anyone to go to the mtn at Carnival mall... I also want feedback from the manager as this is not how you treat paying customers my mom also told her that she was not helpful and she just said OK and looked away with a smerk on her face
