*** is wrong with there support

Well, let's see where to start. I got a phone call from debt collectors telling me I owe mtn money. I have been trying to get them to respond to my emails for about 2 weeks now trying to sort this matter out. I have emailed support customer care and legal but to no avail how can they just not respond to a query. I also messaged them on Facebook got a reply telling me legal would get in touch well this has not happened.

They have blacklisted me and now i am battling to get finance for my business. All i want to know is when i got the contract because i cant remmber signing up with them and then proof on the agreement and if i did sign up then a settlement letter so that i can pay.

Why is this so difficult for them to do. Worst company ever i would never get a contract with them or recommend them to any body i know.
