I own a 3G Modem with a prepaid MTN Sim card. I do not use this modem very often, as it is mainly used when I travel.

Today I decided to buy 2GB Data for this SIM. When I put the modem in my Laptop to use it, it did not want to register on the network.

I called MTN, and to my horror, I was told that my number (The sim I paid for) was recycled....

No way to get the number, or the Data back....
