Is there worse service than MTN?

<p>We have been sitting with a problem for 3 weeks now regarding MTN. My mothers account fell into arrears due to illnes. on 11/7/2017 i myself transferred a payment to MTN to bring the account up to date. We waitited for the line to be reactivated and the phone and sim was ****** in the meantime. Then after numerous visits to the mtn shop we find out that he account is still with legal, afster more effort I find out that i must pay another R452 rand for the june account. That was done on 26/7 . Sending more emails , FB inboxing and more emails... no answer! then the next day they send me an emails stating that the account was handed over to SAYA for collection, WHAT COLLECTION? it`s paid up to date. Up to today the line is still off and they will most probably again say pay the july invoice now because it`s almost a month later and they are still ****ging with their service. I myself use vodacom and they take at most 5 minutes to acknowledge a payment on any day. # weeks down the line we are by no means any further than where we started. The account number is C ********** . Really guys , for a supposedly top network your service sucks!</p>
