Is there anyone who can problem-solve at MTN

MTN Morningside. I app**** for a port from Vodacom to MTN due to connectivity problems with Vodacom. I took all the documentation in, telling them that I get a pension to the order of a certain amount. I have now been told that I cannot have a contract because my money does not come in from one place as a lump sum ( instead of four or so small amounts). I am so fed up with all of these procedures as I have been messed around by the Sandton City store (who approved my contract incidentally), but didnt bother to order a phone for me, full knowing that I had a liminted time to port. As my porting date is this weekend and I am still being messed around I wonder if MTN actually wants any business.
