Is there anyone at MTN that who cares?

This is my second review. It’s been almost a month and the issue with my router is still not resolved. Again I have been told that the tower I connect to has been vandalized and needs to be repaired. Depending on who you speak to someone else may I’ll see now the tower is working fine. I have rebooted the router over a thousand times with no luck. Is there anyone at MTN who really cares enough to assist me please?
