Is there ANYBODY there that understands English?
I called. I faxed. I emailed. And still nobody will cancel my long expired contract on a 500mb data card. And they continue to charge me for a data card I have not used in several months and have no intention of using. I called some more and eventually in absolute frustration (after getting my 2nd bill for R229) I asked for a supervisor. Mr Christopher Ebin listened with empathy, and promised to investigate once I sent copies of all the emails. That was on 31 March. Today is 4 April and even Christopher Ebin has gone AWOL. The department called Retentions has sent me an email of two informing me the datacard has been cancelled, and each time I enquire why I am still being charged, I get that stupid automated response asking WHY I want to cancel my datacard, which is one of 5 devices I have with MTN.

Not even sure that MTN responds so I'm on a hiding to nothing. Is there not some person at MTN with just a smidgen of ethics that could investigate?
