During January 2015 my mother was ****** while walking to her home in Algoa Park. She report it at the SAPS Algoa Park. Case number 184/1/2015 and phone MTN to block the phone. Sellphone number ***.<br> On 27 May 2015 a friend of my mother told her she send her a sms on that number and it is still active. So she called that number and a man answers it.<br> We were on our way to Humansdorp, so we stopped at MTN at the Mall. They said there is nothing anyone can do about it.<br> Question: A *********s can use that phone and number, or a ****** can be planned, etc. The number will trace back to my mother. What is RIKA then? A joke?
