Is PI by MTN legit or another ****?

Ordered a sim card on 3rd of April by offered PI by MTN until now i haven't received my delivery. I received a call from DSV to arrange delivery but they advised they won't proceed with delivery as my details from their data is incorrect. I then contacted MTN & was assisted by Samukelisiwe Nene who advised there was no order for me on their system.
