is MTN working??????

I have been trying to get hold of the service provider for the past two days! the call centre is not operational and non of the dealers answer their phones. I need to cancel my daughters cell phone as it is missing. I have SMS the Retail Park branch every half an our for the past two hours as they do not answer their phone.<br> I have now given them a dead line that if my call is not answered by 15:00 I will be cancelling both my contacts and moving to another service provider.<br> this service is unacceptable on a National cell phone contract. who ever could have my daughters phone could be using her airtime.
