Is MTN trying to avoid my claim ***

How long is someone expected to wait for help with an MTN claim? It’s been three days with absolutely no response — no email, no WhatsApp, nothing. Yet every month I pay my insurance on time. This is beyond unacceptable!

My life is now on hold because people do not want to do their job!
