Is MTN Serious to combat crime?

Hi Somebody tried to do a ******* SIM Swap. The person used a hot phone number ********** . The number suddenly disappeared from the network. I call the MTN helpdesk, and although they promise that somebody will phone me back as it is an active SIM Swap ***** 12 hour later - nothing happen. I opened a indecent at MTN and yet again nothing. Are MTN serious to combat crime?

Secondly, please fix your 135. It is impossible to hear anything from the person that talk to you. The background noise is so bad you just cannot hear anybody talking. Thanks
