Is MTN serious about ***** perpetrated by their own employees?

A ********** SIM swap took place on my phone at 10pm on Saturday 5 December. The MTN management system confirms this was done in-store at Northgate and reflects the person's name who processed it. The user bill limit was also increased at the same time by the same person. This ***** event was reported to MTN ***** Hot line approx. 1 hr after it occurred (in addition to the 135 Customer Line stating they would escalate). An auto reply stated that feedback would be given with 3 working days. There have been 3 subsequent follow-ups via the ***** Hot Line e-mail. No acknowledgment / response / feedback has been received whatsoever.

IS MTN REALLY SERIOUS ABOUT ***** THAT IS PERPETRATED BY THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES?

It is now over 6 weeks since the ***** took place. It is also over 4 weeks since the post on Hello Peter.
No reply / response / feedback / acknowledgement from MTN.
Just a deafening silence.......

Still no response from MTN.
Only possible conclusion is that MTN has absolutely no concern or interest in ********** activity.
