Is MTN Mobile Money Service A ****?

Can some one tell me if this MTN mobile Money service is a real thing or it is just a ****? Because I don't understand why after contacting customer service ***) nobody picks up. I have sent numerous emails with regards to funds I can't access. Am far from an MTN store to walk in. So now, explain this to me, if MTN agent on 083135 cannot help yet it is the number you give us to call for any queries, why isn't anyone answering on ***? And don't pull the lockdown card because it's long overdue. I had to push my way to Sfundo Makhathini (a floor manager) who also went quite on me till today. She is an MTN consultant too. Someone help me please, is MTN momo a ****? Am very irritated right now. 2 months is too long
