Is MTN Home Affairs?

Good day I'm writing this review on behalf of my wife as she doesn't have a phone at the moment. She went to MTN in Highveld Mall Witbank 3 days ago to do her upgrade which couldn't happen as "the system is down" after waiting for over a hour they said they will contact my wife when it's ready. The next day she was asked to submit papers via email which she did and they received them all the while "the system is down". Since then we have had no luck as "the system is down" and nobody bothers to get back to you about anything. Save yourself a whole lot of hassle and just skip MTN.
