Is MTN busy with ****************?

MTN sent me an sms in which they offer me a Black Friday data deal of R99 for 5GB anytime and 5GB nighttime data by choosing the Black Friday option. However, when trying to get the data, their online portal only gives the said data for R199. I traveled 200 km to Kimberley and spoke to one of their consultants at the MTN shop in North Cape mall. He couldn't resolve the issue and referred me to the customer care line, which, by the way, does not allow one to talk to an operator. That's misrepresentation of deals for the sake of increasing their profit. I am bound to settle for other discounts at other service providers now...
