is MTN beating CellC at being the worst ?

Dear MTN, I am with MTN a very long time. This no monthly data bundles was loaded on my monthly billing date. MTN centurion was so useless they couldn't explain to me why, and they loaded it manually. Now I have 2 bundles ... so I wasted R100, my time and petrol. I will go to MTN Centurion and scream at them for not understanding my query in the first place My question was, why isn't my bundles showing in the first place ?????
