Is anyone at MTN capable

I had processed a Sim swap in October 2018 on my contract and from that point I am unable to get an LTE connection. I proceeded to the branch that assisted me and they told me it is an MTN problem. When I called MTN customer care they tell me it is a branch issue.

Eventually I got tired of this back and forth ****** jumping shoulders and sent a mail to MTN customer care...

As a loyal MTN client I'm am highly irritated with the service I am receiving from your Brand.

No one can sort out my Internet connection. I did a sim Swap about 2 months ago at your branch in Watercrest Mall. Since then I have not been able to get a LTE signal. When I go to the Branch they tell me it's a network issue, when I call the operator they advise me its a branch issue. Like what the hell!

I, as a loyal customer, don't care if it is a branch or call centre, it is MTN Brand. I have since been advised that I must travel to a technician at Pavillion to sort the issue out. I was not given the Sim for free, I paid for it and it is not doing what it is suppose to. Why must I as the customer put myself to further expenses to sort something out that I have paid for?

I would love to immediately take this to social media but am affording, you, MTN brand, a chance to rectify your companies mismanagement of my situation and hence give me what I have paid for; a fully operational LTE Sim.

My 4 contacts that amount to a mere R2400 I spend with you guys a month may be a drop in your significant ocean but is substantial part of my salary that I choose to spend with your brand.

At present, I cant even get constant signal of any sort as my phone keeps dropping data.

FYI, I have put my prepaid MTN sim into my phone and it is working perfectly on LTE and not dropping network. So please don't contact me and say it is my device.

I EXPECT AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE ON RESOLUTION OF MY URGENT MATTER.

A Disgruntled Customer Shean Pillay This was then directed to coverage MTN.

The Rep for MTN at the branch then assisted and the store did another Sim swop for me. However the result was the same. I also communicated this with MTN. They sent me a mail saying that they reloaded settings but I'm still having the same issue.

There was not a single follow up to my query since and today I am in the same boat. A phone that constantly drops data no matter where I am. And MTN don't give a damn as they still get there money and I don't get what I am paying for.

Wish someone could take me situation seriously and rectify my problem. Nearly 4 months and counting now.
