This is day 45 . . .still nobody from MTN coming back to me about the upgrade on contract i signed in May 2020 . . .courier delivered a "Dead" phone to my house and instructed me to take it to MTN Direct...the phone is with MTN Retentions since 28 May 2020. Now in July 2020 MTN wants to cancel the upgrade instead of sending me a replacement phone....you are breaching the contract..I want a replacement phone ..Why dont you call me back...i spoke to consultants 27 times...i emailed over 30 times...i *****ed on Hello Peter everyday....
