Irene Village Mall MTN unexpectable service rude Manager

<p>Irene Village Mall MTN store gave me unexpectable service and the so-called manager Chantel is rude and does not know what customer service means. She was talking to a colleague when I interrupted them as I wanted to renew my contract and wanted to know if she can assist me as all the consultants were busy. However, this was beneath them. I was told to wait for a consultant. I heard her speak of one of her colleagues to her colleague who claimed to be the area Manager Sharon. So, I waited for a consultant and overheard how dreadful these people are. They joked about how they made one of their employees cry and how difficult it was for them not to laugh at him.</p>
