Irate customer

I'm very discussed with how mtn treats their customers I've been with them for more than 4 years and their services is **** I've been trying for two weeks to upgrade my contract and the so called services champions can't do their job supervisor's are not allowed to assist customers I've sent emails to customer service and *****gwa mkhabela **** that she would call me the following day yet they have been debiting my account without fail nobody cares I'm fed up
