Irate

My daughter and I called and spoke to the manger zandile motola who advised to escalate this matter and promised to return my call on my *** and didn’t I have authority that they speak to my daughter cause I feel they taking advantage of my age and me not being advanced to technology she didn’t return our call. The contact centre agent did not allow us to speak to any of the mangers all I ask for is my refund with immediate effect!
