im very disgusted with MTN as a new client i took out a new contract my Simcard was delivered on Monday the 10th of may Tuesday i called was told my sim would be active in 24hrs i gave it a whole 48hrs still nothing called Thursday only to be told that my sim is not rica'd after being transfer i got a lady that told me she escalated my sim will be working in 24hrs still nothing . NOW CANCEL THAT ****** CONTRACT AND I WILL NOT PAY CAUSE I WAS NOT CONNECTED
