iPhoneMini Contract Upgrade - no headset or 2pt plug charger in the box

Received my iPhone12mini after renewing my contract via phone. The consultant, Megan to who helped me telephonically was lovely and informed. That's the reason I upgraded. Within 3/4 days I received my phone but when I unboxed it I found that it didn't include a headset or the 2point plug point for the charger?? I called MTN and the consultant told me it was a manufacturing package error. That I now need to go return the full package at an MTN Store, get a reference number, call them back with the reference number and they would have to re-issue it... Such an inconvenience and frustration. And I am still dumbfounded that the phone was issued without all of it's components.
