IPHONE WAS NOT REPAIRED AFTER 6 WEEKS
I took my iPhone6 for repairs to MTN Norwood. The consultant failed to inform me that the MTN repair centre will not repair the phone if the \Find my Phone"app is not de-activated. It took 2 weeks for the store to arrange for collection by the repair centre. Repair centre declined to repair because \""Find my Phone\"" was still active. I was asked to pay R330.00. It took a week to get the ref number for the payment. Once I paid"
