IPhone still not fixed
I have been having major issues with MTN. I have an Iphone 6 plus. The phone used to pick up wifi networks perfectly. it could pick up at least 6 network around my house. A few months in the phone suddenly stopped picking up wifi. sometimes it picks up other times it doesn't and when it does it only picks up 1 or two where my iphone 5s picks up at least 6 networks around the house. I took the phone to Apple but because I got the contract through MTN they advised they cannot repair the phone but they did agree that there is a hardware problem that they can see. That is not even the only problem. If the phone is not on LTE no calls can be made or received, I just receive a voicemail and that's it. Given all of this obviously I googled solutions and trid to fix it myself but could not. I then took the phone in to MTN northgate to get repaired, but lo and behold all they did was a software upgrade. And as I knew would happen they did not fix the problem. The problem is still there and what makes matters worse is that I could not even sign in to the Iphone with my apple account. I am really frustrated with MTN and am contemplating moving over to CellC with the buyout option.
