Iphone still not at the branch RE: ***
So after complaining 2X to Hellopeter and getting replies from Farhaana and Ayanda at MTN my phone was sent to Westgate who sent it back to Midrand????<br> Is there anyone at MTN who can read, what type of training do your assistants at the branch have. <br> Is it because I fought with them they they did this for spite. I think so.<br> I have now had enough, you will not receive any payment from me till that phone is delivered to my home.<br> I am not going to the branch again to wait in a line just to be told they haven't got the phone. I am going to Westgate to Cell C and end this **** with MTN for once and for all.<br> Take legal action against me for not paying my account. I DARE YOU!!!<br> You have my cell number have the decency to call me, you bunch of *****s.

We've managed to locate your booking and see that the device was sent back to the store on the 23rd of September 2015. We will firstly make contact with the store Supervisor to ensure that the device is in the store and we will make contact with you to collect the device.
