IPHONE SE 32G Contract

Afternoon After Many Many Many calls and still no return call. the people that have answered have all passed the buck and said the next one must deal with it. They " call agents" claim to have sent many an email to supervisors and management YET NOTHING !!

My wife is deaf and it is the only Make (Apple) that can link with her hearing aids so with out it she is Totally "Deaf" thanks to You MTN.

I have been a Loyal Client but the service in these last few weeks is ENOUGH i have had it. I have a col Number from the Repairs dept. YET neither the store or MTN Direct can or want to assit me!!

We have sent the complaint now to the MTN Direct Manager regarding the replacement device not as yet received. We have requested that they contact and assist you with the solution. We have received feedback now via email that they are on it busy working with the complaint. hey will call you today.

Good Day i am livered that i have had to waste huge amounts of energy and time and money trying to fix something and no one wants to assist it is " NOT MY JOB" was the flavor of the Day. i have had an eye opener and will have to rethink where my money and loyalty should go to as i have been deeply hurt not to mention what my wife must be going through. a guy has called and he could not give an eta but it took me to go on the web to complain to get a response which i feel is WRONG something that could have been dealt with on the phone. If you are that person you need to jack up your customer service as this is all that will save you as a company now in this tough market .....Price is one thing , Quantity is another But nothing beats Quality ....quality in everything start to finish.

NEW WEEK - Still nothing tried calling for Update and still no reply so i am still left to wonder what now when how long ??
