iPhone repairs

Hellopeter<br> <br> I took my phone to MTN East-Gate on the 2nd of May for repairs.<br> <br> The three weeks they said am going to get my phone back passed without a call whatsoever. i called them and they tell me \find my iphone"is enabled on my phone of which was never on. Last week i call them again and dudu tells me of a payment i have to make (bare in mind my phone is insured) when i tried to explain she got aggravated and started patronizing me and hangs up on me.<br> <br> <br> Today (05/06/15) i call her to check if there's any leads"
